Winter Adventure Awaits.

Join us for the ultimate winter weekend adventure at Calvin Crest! Experience inspiring worship, grow your faith, and make unforgettable memories with other teenagers. Our experienced leaders are passionate about faith and will challenge and encourage you in a welcoming environment. With fun-filled activities regardless of weather conditions, you’ll have the chance to play, learn, and grow this weekend!

What To Expect

We will share 5 meals together, starting with dinner Friday night, and concluding with breakfast on Sunday. Don't worry, we will have tons of snacks ready as well!
Campers will share a cabin with approximately 5-6 other campers of the same gender. Two cabin leaders 18+ years old will also supervise each cabin.
We will engage in four worship sessions together, learning from our speaker and one another in small group.
Campers get their choice of activities during Saturday free time, whether it's crafting, ziplining, throwing snowballs, or competing in the annual Broomball Tournament.
Campers may come with a youth group or as individual campers. Regardless, Winter Camp is an inclusive environment where we hope all campers can connect with peers and leaders.
We will have lots more fun activities throughout the weekend! Whether there is snow or not, we will have a wonderful winter weekend!

Retreat Speaker

Matt Mellon

Matt was raised in Oakhurst and loves living in the mountain community. He received his M.Div. in New Testament Studies from Fresno Pacific University and has served at Sierra Vista Presbyterian Church and most recently at Camp Oakhurst as the Activities Director. Matt was hired at the end of 2021 and is serving as Facilities Manager as well as helping with events and filling in on the Outdoor Ed team. Matt has been married to Mary for eighteen years, and they have three amazing boys, Noah, Micah, and Levi. In his spare time, Matt loves to hike, fish, camp, and hang out with his family and friends. He is a gifted communicator and loves sharing God's Word with people of all ages.

Registration will be due by February 9, 2024. Registration can be completed online in a few simple steps! If you have questions or would like to register over the phone, please call us at 559.772.4040.

Pricing

Rates are per person and include two nights lodging, five meals, speaker and worship sessions, and all recreational activities. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required with registration per camper. All non-refundable deposits are applied toward the total tuition due. Final payment are due Friday, February 9, 2024. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made within two weeks of event start date. Campership applications are available upon request.
